For Sixt Israel part of one of the world's leading mobility and rental groups, I led the end-to-end strategy and UX research for their new local sales site and booking engine. From user behavior research to developer handoff, I owned the full process.

Rental booking flows lose users not because they changed their mind but because the process got in the way. Breadcrumb navigation, scattered information, and add-on decisions that interrupt momentum all create friction that kills conversion. Our approach was deliberately minimalist. Sticky information layout, no progressive navigation indicators, and a unified add-ons hierarchy designed to keep users moving forward without stopping to deliberate.
First release CVR results: local 5.13% / inbound 12.33% / outbound 2.77%. All above benchmark.

An approachable and fun visual language was developed to make the booking experience feel effortless and secure, consistently applied across the flow.
